Caribbean dishes translate really well into veganized ones. And did you know that Rastafarians usually cook vegan food in a style known as "ital cooking"? A common Rasta phrase is "Ital is vital", which means eating food that's healthy, natural, and mostly meat-free.
Try swapping your meat for a plant protein (like beans or tofu) using jerk spice, a spice that you can pick up in the Caribbean or perhaps from a specialty food store at home. Plus, the jerk spice will make your whole kitchen smell so good.
Vegan International Dishes: Vietnam

When you travel to Vietnam, there will be lots of dishes that are naturally vegan and even gluten-free. While there are a number of traditional dishes that can be prepared vegan, I suggest making a vegan pho.
Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, wide rice noodles (called Banh Pho), herbs, and typically, meat. I've recreated it with tofu, ginger, lemongrass, and various garnishes including jalapeno peppers, bean sprouts, cilantro, onions, and lime wedges. It's one of my favorite vegan recipes from around the world.
Vegan International Recipes: Japan

When I first went vegan many years ago, I found that Japanese food was both the easiest and most difficult food to eat in a restaurant. Was there hidden egg lurking in that tempura batter? Could fish sauce or oyster sauce sneak its way into my meal? With that said, finding veggie sushi is generally a total breeze, and there's usually comfort in ordering seaweed salad and miso soup.

Germany is one of our favorite countries in the world. We've traveled to several cities and towns and it's one of those places we hope to visit again and again.
One reason why we love Germany so much is because the restaurants there are very vegan-friendly, so you'd likely find many of these veg dishes on the menu there. While we're at home, it's fun and delicious to bring the flavors of Germany to our kitchen.
It's easy to make your own soft pretzels at home, just like the kind you'll find all over Germany.
