Hi,

Women between the ages of 18-44 are two times more likely to report feeling tired (https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6214a5.htm) than their male counterparts. Women are also twice as likely to suffer from depression (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/depression/in-depth/depression/art-20047725) than men.

These are worrisome statistics, especially when you consider other information about women’s health--one-third of women die from heart disease or stroke and less than half get the recommended amount of aerobic activity.

In light of the information above, I think there couldn’t be a better time to help women put themselves and their health first.

Would you share an article from me with your readers? It will be completely original, free content with tips for women on how they can overcome their daily grind and find small ways to improve their overall wellness.
