We couldn’t help but fall in love with our living quarters at Prague City Apartments. Justin and I are even willing to declare that it’s the best Prague apartment for your travels. From our arrival to departure, Prague City Apartments made us feel right at home.
Prague City Apartments: Our Apartment
The two of us stayed at the posh Milosrdnych Apartment in Old Town Prague. This building is a permanent residence for Prague locals, though Prague City Apartments has two rental units for tourists. The entrance to the building certainly provides a lavish welcoming. Just beyond grandiose doors, impressive frescoes line the walls and ceilings. It feels more like an art museum than an apartment building.
Milosrdnych Apartment
After a brief elevator ride to apartment #51 on the fifth floor, we quickly settled in at this spacious apartment. Designed in a bright yet minimalist style, the Milosrdnych Apartment caters to those with modern tastes. Colourful artwork brightens up grey and brown furniture, save for the captivating mustard yellow couch. We enjoyed many moments relaxing on this couch after lengthy days walking around the city.
The kitchen table doubled as a space to eat and work, although there was an additional desk beside the TV unit. Using the Smart TV, we logged into our Netflix account one night when we felt like ordering pizza and unwinding.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. Although we didn’t end up cooking, you could easily prepare all your meals at the apartment. It’s a home away from home. We ate light breakfasts here and stored lots of vegan goodies in the fridge.
The Milosdnych Apartment has two bathrooms: one is a full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, and the other is a smaller bathroom with a toilet and sink. With two bedrooms, this apartment provides ample space for two couples or a small family. Your stay also includes premium toiletries.
Peaceful Place to Dream
Not convinced that this the best Prague apartment for travellers yet? Let me show you the bedrooms!
There are two comfortable bedrooms at the Milosrdynch Apartment by Prague City Apartments. Both bedrooms have a gorgeous piece of artwork hanging above the bed, and both offer spectacular views of a quiet courtyard.
The main difference between the rooms: the window for the master bedroom doubles as a doorway to a small balcony. After stepping out onto this balcony, I completely forgot that I was spending time in a major city. I couldn’t hear any city noise. I gazed out to this green space, lined with the backs of brightly coloured buildings.
Our Favorite Place
One reason why we fell in love with Prague City Apartments (and declare it the best Prague apartment) is for the view from the front window. You can open the window in the living room completely to admire the scenery all around. Soak up the sights of the rooftops and city streets of Old Town Prague.
I spent every morning sitting in this window with a mug of coffee in my hand, savouring ever moment.
Modern Amenities
The apartment comes equipped with high-speed WiFi, perfect for staying connected. There’s also a safe in the bedroom to securely store your passport and belongings. As previously mentioned, the Smart TV offers access to both satellite channels and Netflix, should you have an account.
Furthermore, basic amenities like towels, bed sheets, and a hair dryer are included.
The rooms are non-smoking and quiet, perfect for couples, friends, and families.
A Warm Welcome
It was very easy and convenient to communicate in advance with Prague City Apartments. We arranged a private transfer from the airport, and our driver was waiting for us upon our arrival. Justin and I were tired from travelling on an overnight flight, and it was a relief to not worry about getting to the apartment in a sleepy state of mind. We picked up the keys and discussed everything at the office before continuing on to the apartment.
The entire process was very simple and we had nothing to worry about. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We could ask them any questions that we had about the city. Plus, from the apartment, they were only a phone call away if we had any concerns.
Incredible Location
The location of the Milosrdnych Apartment added to the several reasons why we think this is the best Prague apartment. From this temporary home of ours, we could walk everywhere in the city. Staying in Old Town, we were merely a stone’s throw away from tourist sites like the Prague Old Town Square and Josefov (the Jewish Quarter). We also strolled across the river to Letna Park, Prague Castle, the Mala Strana neighbourhod, and strolled back along the famous Charles Bridge.
The Verdict
Without any hesitation, we feel that this is the best Prague apartment for your trip to the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we really adored the city views from both the front window and back balcony. We had everything that we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. While the streets around the apartment are quiet, you’re steps away from the Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter, and Letna Park.
Book your stay at the beautiful Milosrdnych Apartments and feel free to read more reviews by fellow travelers.

Very nice apartments. Do you know if they are still available? I would like to book something "remotely" since I am not in Prague yet... Thanks for any suggestion:-)

As far as I know, they are available! I am not sure the status of them during COVID-19, but I am sure they will be available for bookings in the future.

Wow, certainly a side of Prague I haven't seen before. These apartments look stunning. Beats a crowded hostel any day of the week.

Great post and I always love to rent apartments when I visit a place. Especially apartments with a big window or balcony that I could sit there in the morning and enjoy some morning tea. Thanks a lot for your information! @ knycx.journeying

Prague has been on our list for some time. We have included it and in fact it is the proposed starting point for our exploration of Eastern Europe. The apartments look so lovely and elegant. I loved the artistic touch to the decor, seems like they are all great places to stay and explore the treasures of Prague.
