What to Expect

Fort William, a town in the Scottish Highlands, is famous for being the gateway to Ben Nevis. It will be your home away from home on this trip. You'll embark on walks and hikes through an everchanging landscape. Fort William is famous for its Scottish culture, dramatic landscapes, and breathtaking natural scenery.
This is a walking trip. Each day, we will walk and hike between 10 and 25km. You will need a good level of fitness to enjoy the daily hikes.

Scottish weather is always changing. Be prepared for lovely sunshine but also rain, wind, and lower temperatures. Please make sure you have good walking boots, rain gear, warm clothing, and sun protection for this trip.
Fort William can be reached either by the sleeper train from London, by bus from Inverness (2 hours) or by a long but scenic train ride from Glasgow (5 hours). You will need to book your own flight as well (to Inverness, Glasgow or London).
This trip is as green as it gets. We only use public transport and our accommodation can be reached from major cities in the UK by train.
