A video compilation of our travels to Quebec City in winter.
To say that we had an amazing time in Quebec City is a huge understatement. This was our third visit there, and we absolutely adore it. Every time we go, we find new reasons to fall in love.
I love the familiarity of Quebec City now. Have you ever traveled to a place more than once and felt like you were visiting an old friend?
Quebec City in winter is a new and magical way to experience this place, which often feels more like Europe than Canada.
We experienced the magic of Winter Carnival (Carnaval de Quebec), stayed overnight at the Ice Hotel (Hotel de Glace), went snow tubing at Village Vacances Valcartier, went flying down the Toboggan Slide au 1884, explored historic Old Quebec covered in snow, and more.
Justin shot and edited this video so you could see Quebec City through our eyes. We hope that it allows you to sense what it’s like to travel there in the winter. In the snow and the ice, there’s magic in this destination.
Sit back, grab a mug of hot cocoa, and see Quebec City in winter (without feeling chilly!):
